Our Team Member

As an experienced transformational leader with a Master in Business Administration and Master in Social Work, Karen has a unique balance of business acumen and skills in working towards social impact. She is known for her strategic and analytical thinking, relationship building skills, and ability to bring disparate parts into a cohesive system. Karen has thirteen years’ experience in senior leadership, twenty-one years working with diverse communities and managing programs and projects, and twelve years’ experience in child and youth development. She is especially passionate about the intersection of child development, family stability (especially safe, stable, and attainable housing), as well as social and economic mobility. Karen works towards solutions that are centered on and informed by those with lived experience to advance health equity.
