This innovative approach creates opportunities for families who may not otherwise be able to purchase a home in today’s market.
Across Colorado, housing costs continue to rise faster than wages. High Country Haven was created to provide an attainable path to ownership for local residents, workforce households, remote workers, and families seeking an affordable alternative to traditional mountain housing markets. By combining quality construction, desirable locations, and affordability programs, High Country Haven helps homeowners build equity, create stability, and put down roots in Teller County.
High Country Haven was thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable, functional living space for individuals and families.
