Become fully qualified with ECLT through our application process and join the waitlist.
Sign the program agreement.
Tell us about your dream home by giving us information about location, bedroom count, and access to down payment.
ECLT will calculate your max purchase price based on your household and specifications.
You and DOORS certified realtor will look for a home that meets your needs and is within the max purchase price.
Fill out an offer notice form for your dream home.
If approved, you will have the home inspected and ECLT appraisal done.
ECLT will notify you of any repairs (you can use a portion of the funds for repair work).
Schedule a 30-minute Land Lease Consultation, sign all required documents, close on your dream home, and start any repairs!
