Our Team Member

Patrick joined Elevation Community Land Trust as the Legal and Compliance Director in April 2026. He is responsible for providing Elevation with legal advice, reviewing transaction closings, and monitoring regulatory and contractual reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Elevation, Patrick has served in various housing related roles, including as a policy attorney at the District of Columbia Children’s Law Center, as an attorney-advisor supporting the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Housing Service, and as a compliance specialist at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. His legal experience includes advocacy for improved housing conditions, programmatic support for implementing governmental housing programs, and investigatory review of housing providers’ practices.

Patrick obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in history from Florida State University.
