Following studying social work at CSU, Rosemary joined the United Way movement back in 2011, first with Foothills United Way and then with Mile High United Way.
She has a background in affordable housing working with Habitat for Humanity as an Americorps VISTA member and staff member in family services for over 9 years. She assisted individuals in pursuing their dream of homeownership, business development or post-secondary education through saving in the Personal Investment Enterprise program for over 12 years. Rosemary supported the development of Bank On Boulder County and various housing initiatives throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Her work has focused on strengthening family financial stability and increasing opportunities for economic mobility.
She enjoys being a part of an organization and programming that makes a meaningful and lasting change in people’s lives through homeownership and education. Rosemary knows that she would not have been able to purchase her home without outside assistance and enjoys helping others pursue their goals for the future.
In her spare time, Rosemary enjoys traveling, watching foreign films, walking/hiking, photography, and cooking new recipes.
