Sam Snyder is an affordable housing advocate, urban planner, and graphic designer. She has a master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, her background in sociology and anthropology centers her work in empathy-driven and human-focused design, strategies, and policy. She spent three years as a consultant with Williford LLC. During this time she created over 30 Housing Needs Assessments and Housing Action Plans in collaboration with stakeholders in communities across Colorado. Additionally, she gained expertise in coalition-building, vacant home rehabilitation strategies, and data visualization. Sam loves to travel and has been to over 45 countries. She also enjoys making crafts such as watercolor painting and polymer clay earrings.
