Elevation Community Land Trust (ECLT) created the Neighborhood Investment Program to prevent
involuntary displacement. This program will allow households with ties to a particular community a
greater chance to purchase an ECLT home in that community. This form is specifically for ECLT applicants
that are applying to live in The Burrell (htps://www.theburrelldenver.com/).
